please can somebody tell me where I can get a replacement for the cable which is used for the connection between TFT & the main board? "E230343 RJ AWM 20798 80C 60V VW-1 H" with 50 pins? I'm from Austria and cannot find a supplier in Europe. I need this because the old one is defect. Also I have lost one of the clip where the cable is fixed into the plug? Any ideas where I can get this?
AS7301 (origional Mk1 unit) for Sale
Hi Guys I have decided to move on and I am selling my AS7301 unit which is in perfect working order.
No Scratches or marks anywhere on this unit (still has screen protector on touch screen ).
No on/off isues with key. (no radio with key removed)
No Battery Drain Problems experianced on My Golf Mk5.
MFSW left hand Buttons work as they should, RH buttons not active on this model.
Internal mic. removed and external socket sitted (flying lead with 3,5mm socket) External mic. not included, but any good mike with 3.5 mm jack will work well.
All lights switches perfect.
Absolutely no Navigation problems (IGO 8.3) included, and gps antenna included.
Rear View Camera (not included) works perfect with Can Signal from reverse gear, and no picture problems.
All cables and adapters, remote ect, in perfect condition as they have not been used.
Proper diversity adapter included.
Will post/courier anywhere, transport paid by purchaser.

Hey guys need some help.
I have a problem with my WD6050 unit.
the rear view camera has a bad picture, i don´t now why!!
the camera ist connected to AUX IN:
the camera is connected to rearcam IN:
have anyone the same trouble or a solution? :help:

Yes this is an issue when the camera is selected by reverse gear (it gets the signal from the canbus) . If you select camera from the menu it will work fine.
There is a patch for this problem (see my post in July 2009 page 162 #3557) however when I applied it, it bricked my unit and it had to go back to China for 7 months!! Others have applied the patch with no problem and it fixed the issue.
The unit I got back has the same problem, but I am not going to risk the patch since my unit was bought from Oskar so has no guarantee. I have contacted the factory but no response.
BTW it liiks like one input is mirrored the other not. This can be changed under setup.

BTW you can get a better picture on your manually selected input by adjusting with the remote control. Press PIC I have color=20 and contrast and brightness=0 this gives a nice color picture.

This gps issue ( not receiving satelites all the time) suddenly appears in a few customers of mine in Greece after 3-4 months of cool operation ,propably you have to replace the whole gps card nowada N607 inside ,not to easy ...and have to pay the part...even you are on warranty period ( my supplier refused change it free ) ...:mad0259:
I'm working on it 2 weeks now ,i have dis-assempled device and checked everything ,another antenna,cable,connector, i re-solded pins on gps board ( i was looking for cold soldering points ..) but nothing worked..

One of my friends has problem with WD6050/MT6501 (old, MK1 or MK2 version) with analog display. He did think that device has 800x480 display (seller said it, but he bought it in feb 2009) and tried to upgrade by firmware for 800x480. He has now wrong picture.
Does somebody have firmware for Zoran chipset for this device? I saw that someone received it from Waywell, but he doesn't answer.

Someone on forum have got it from waywell. I don't remember nickname. For example, I have firmwares for VW7088, AS7608.
Firmware produced in China or for China, not by Zoran (Zoran cannot make every firmware on Earth). They take basic firmware and build own. I don't search the sources for a rebuilding it. I want to get a ready image file with firmware.PS: here info

Here are the files. Use these at your OWN RISK. One is if you have DBTV the other for analog TV. Instructions attached - one tip: when they say do the upgrade with the engine "open" they mean running. If the voltage is too low during the upgrade the unit is trashed.
