How much fluid do I need exactly for a 6MT oil change?

I've been reading its around 2 litres but other sources saying up to 2.6 litres? And is it necessary flushing it?

mine used 2.5l. To flush it you would have to pick up more oil and drive it a bit then drain it again. its a really easy job by the way. you just fill until it starts dripping out of the fill hole. a flush shouldnt be needed.
