sure you should clean them up with a degreaser.

are you using a tire dressing? when you wash your car do you strip all the old tire dressing off as well?

Yes I am currently using Chemical Guys dressing as I heard they are water based to prevent the tires turning brown, however it doesn't seem like it's working. What do you recommend for tire dressing?

I do try to clean the old dressing off, but by the time I wash my car, the dressing are already gone and the tires are already brown. I usually just use the sonax cleaner on the rubber as well...

for a really good cleaning you can try Stoner's Tarminator - you will need to use a microfiber towel to get it all off, make sure you throw out this microfiber towel afterwards you will be taking a ton of old tire dressing and dirt off them.

After you clean them up reapply your favorite tire dressing.

I have seen Opti Coat - Opti Guard only as low as $350 and as high as $500.

Paint correction will vary figure most paint correction specialist will charge $60-$80 per hour.

Will the autofinesse citrus all purpose cleaner work?
I have 95000km on my car, but got new tires this summer so I put about 10000km on those rubbers right now.

I dress my tires every time I wash my car, so maybe once a week average?

The AF Citrus should work nicely.

Came here for this question. The paint on my hood has become faded and there are a ton of swirls. What's the best way to prevent this and can something like this actually be corrected or would a new coat of paint be the only way?

how are you washing your car?

Soak my car down first with the hose, get any loose excess dirt off first.

I use Mothers Car soap (http://claybardetailing.net/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/Car-Wash-Soap.jpg)

Put in a bucket with water. Use a microfiber sponge similar to this one (http://best-b2b.com/userimg/658/690-1/microfiber-sponge-320.jpg)

I make circular motions when wiping down the car.
Rinse off quickly as I only do a section at a time.
Use an air compressor to dry it off by blowing off the water. Any excess I use a microfiber towel to wipe up. (Sometimes use quick detailer to take away water marks here and there - http://www.motorworldhype.com/wp-content/uploads/2009/01/meguiars_quik_detailer.jpg)

(Try) to never wash it directly in sunlight or on a hot day.
