i dont know the exact description of this car, but yesterday around 2 ish pm i was on 8-5 southbound passing clairemont drive and on the northbound i saw a CW with like a black hood..but the whole thing wasnt black just the middle....and about 3 weeks ago i was coming down from l.a. and right pass the laguna nigel mercedes benz the left rear on my range rover went BANG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! so i pulled over and changed it...while i was changing i saw4 mkv...il go from least crazy to pretty much insane.....2UG one was totally stock the other had exhaust with tinted windows...1 BMP(REPRESENT)i think that was pretty much stock but it was BMP..and the last one was this crazy lowered CW with powder coated 17's i think and it was the loudest mk5 i have seen so far pretty crazy..........................................pro ps to you if you on here....and everymorning when i go to school i see a RS with i think a Yakima roof rack with really dark windows getting off at la jolla village drive from the 805 south..hahahaa

I have a funny story. It doesnt involve a MkV sighting, but it does involve my GTI and a CHP Cruiser. I was coming home from the Mencia show up in Solvang and right around santa Barbara I was cruisin at about 95~ and I noticed this car just following me. I shrugged it off as someone following me home from the show so I kept going. This was at 245 am so there was no other traffic on the 101. So I am cruising for a few miles(my tags say MAR 07 btw and I have 5% tint all around) and then this guy goes to fly by me on the left while I am doing 100MPH. I said fuck it cause I was tired and I didn't want to speed up or place race cars with this guy. THANK GOD! The cruiser flew about one car length ahead of me then slowed down. I thought I was busted. Then he stayed right beside me for about 1/2 mile, slowed me down to 80 the gunned it. Is that cool shit or what?

I totally know what you mean. That's why I always see a lot of hot chicks driving Jettas and I'm a big fan. The only problem with this chick was that she wasn't all that hot and she just didn't fit. No not yet. I want to get my suspension on first before I buy any more mods. I only got the APR tune. 91 oct and a few other programs. I think we got a good deal on it. but it was direct port programming, not the actual chip like I thought we were getting.

Bah, a little off topic. I was just coming home and some jackass was all on my tail so i sped up then he slowed down considerably. So i was like meh whatever.

We come to a red and it turns green so i go and i look in my rear mirror and he's just sitting there. Then i guess he noticed it turned green and squealed the tires and flew off like a bat of hell. He was cutting people off with just a hair from fender to fender. Driving in the middle of a lane. This guy was either drunk or on some shit. by the time he go up to me there were (imagine 3 lanes) 2 other cars in each of the two lanes left of me and i'd say everyone was cruising an easy 50. He was behind me and i started to slow down so that he would slow down. I was a little scared thinking he wouldn't but i knew as hell that'd he crash into something if he didn't.

I got him to slow down to about 30 and there was another light coming up were i had to make a right. Then he slowwws the fuck down again to like 10 or something. So by this time i'm way ahead of him and approach the red light ready to make my right turn. Just as i go to make my right the jackass go straight through the red. misses one car and brakes to stop just about to hit another car. All this looked so surreal. At this time everyone is stoped in the middle of the intersection, and the fucker flys off again.

I should of got his plates, but fuck i'm worked over from loading boxes all day and i didnt really want to have to deal with whatever was driving that van.

Stupid fucks, glad no one got hurt.

1st was a TR on huffs, on Willow and Cherry in Signal Hill around 930 am. He had an Exhaust that sounded pretty nice.

2nd I think was Andy (SoCalComatose) in Malibu on the way home around 130. If it wasn't him then it was A CW Lowered.

3rd was a BMP looked like it had the R badge on the front. I couldn't really tell though, just south of Pepperdine shortly before 2.

From what I gathered from him..... He started to paint it but then got sidetracked. He only 1 staged it? I think that is what he called it. It was close to matching, but he didn't have the final or clearcoat on it. It was still close enough to where you had to look close to tell. But he is putting the wabbit on hold to build up a mk3 I believe for Dubfest!
