questions about installing 18" wheels

This is the requirements from VW if we want the 18" wheel option.
Do we have any problems to install aftermarket 18" wheels?

ive seen somewhere where someone put some 19s on a golf... dunno where thou mate.. mite be the thread wth loads of alloy pics.

Anybody put 18's or 19's on a car that came with the 17's? Did you have to use the bump stops?

im not sure about the bump stops but this car is hot and it has 19x8.5 rims on it. the rims are bbs rs-gt

and yes this is a euro car but in NA just imported for a year hard to explain, but the offest and everything are still the same
