Rear Valance

Hi, Just joined the site as I have just bought a new Gti Mkv. My car dosen't have parking sensors so I have bought a kit which dosen't require drilling the bumper as it uses a full length antena behind the bumper. Can anyone help with how to remove the rear valace and/or the bumper. I have tried removing all the obvious bolts under the valance but it wont move.
