I got in my car to go to work, and it drove nice and smooth and everything on it worked, not one problem at all.

No oil leaks, or poor mileage.

I was driving my fast last night, and when I went to shift from first to second the rpms dropped slightly, went back up, and the car started going faster. It did this all the way up through the gears until eventually I reached about 90 mph on the highway.:laughabove:

You know, I just told my friend the other day that no-one ever makes post telling people that their car is running fine. And now here you are, making me look like a liar.

You know, I had a similar experience with my car today.

I'm at work and I don't even remember starting my car. I DO remember zooming by an ugly red Monte Carlo at a traffic light from a stop on my way here.

Your right... I started mine up this morning it bogged coughed then spit out something nasty. Flames errupted out of the exhaust turned into a black hole sucked me and my house in, but at least I have my laptop to post while I'm floating around in the randomness of the space time continuum. I can't believe my wifi still works!

So I just took my car out for my lunch break. Aside from the hot girl in the red GLI behind me at the McDonald's drive-thru...I am happy to report that nothing uncharacteristically strange happened. My seats gripped a bit tighter, but that could have been the Dub Love I had just experienced

Well, I'm sad to say, that I started my car this morning with out any problems in the -14 degree weather. The drive to work was cold, but there were no issues after letting my car warm up for a few minutes. The heater worked, my ass was warm, the music played, life was good. the whole week with this shitty cold weather my car has performed well.

I lost a engine cover groumet when changing spark plugs two weeks ago and it still runs fine and makes no contact noise even though the engine cover isn't that secure. I ordered an intake because I worry.

I swear it echoed through the parking structure louder than any car alarm.

You need to let those things out man....If you hold em in the sudden pressure change from entering a building MAY blow your ass out. Please be careful. Talk to any porn star...a blown out ass isn't very comfortable.

I may be the anomaly, but I have 13,000 miles on mine, 10,000 of which are revo stage 1, and my car is so loving to me that it hasn't ever given me a cel, I actually don't know where that light would come on at! :) I love my vdub. I had great luck with my last one that was an mk3. It took me to 165,000 willingly, with nothing but a vacuum hose that liked to come unattatched from the throttlebody.

Today some bird decided to crap such a big load on my hood that it now looks like it has a hood ornament and I probably am losing 1-2 mpg from the wind drag that the poo is creating. But... my car doesn't seem to care, it ran great!

I don't mean to disrespect the GTI or anything, but I have no problem letting one loose in the car. Holding them in can be painful.

It was even better in my old car that had a window lock button and I had passengers

Hmmm, I guess I'm not so lucky. Ever sense I bought my car, when I put my foot on the pedal, you know, the rectangular one all the way on the right, my bunghole starts to clench up and it feels like the seat is getting tighter around my ass. Anyone else have this issue?
