I've been hittin the gym for an hour 7 days a week. 20 minutes of cardio. the rest on weights. rotate between legs, shoulders/back and bi's/tris.... wednesday and sunday I skip the weights.

So everyday consisted of a power nap mid afternoon before the nights festivities came around.
