wow, I wouldnt beleive it - in a recent road test the 335i coupe beat the RS4 around VIR racetrack by 1.2 seconds. amazing. AUdi back to the drawing board?

mmm, thats funny. BMW lost their M3 to the RS4 on Nordschleife.

I agree - I was shocked - could have been the drivers tho as it was the mag editors that did the driving.

I don't care, RS4 rules all, I saw my first one in the flesh at the dealer on Saturday and that thing is incredible. I think I'd even take one over any car under 200k.

Nordschleife is the only track that matters :biggrin:

I would take an RS4 too after seeing a video on youtube of it autocrossing in a wet track.

I like bmw more than audi. But there's no way I'd take a 335 over an RS4. It's a step down.

i'll take an M3 over an S4, but no way i'd ever take a E46 M3 or E92 335 or M3 over an RS4

I've driven the 335i vs the RS4 backto back on a pretty good test route, about 6 miles each. The RS4 was much more fun, more entertaining, and had better sounds. The 335i more quiet and steady. I would "take" an RS4 over the 335i any day. but if I had to "buy" it with my own money, the $46,000 vs $70,000 is a BIG difference. you could get a 335i and a GTI for the RS4 price!
