Servicing a lease vehicle

I am fortunate enough to have a very respected tuner here and he does the maintenace for cars for half of dealer prices. He does a very good job and would put his inspection against any done by a dealer. But I have a lease vehicle...does this affect me if I choose the have them do the service versus the dealer? I don't want any grief at the end of the lease.
