Misc K04 install list - part numbers inside

Apart from the major bolt on parts, are these the only parts needed for the install in terms of the "nuts and bolts" ? Please remove or add if i left something out.

Don't forget you'll need all the associated hardware for the turbo outlet to work on your GTI, as well as all of the associated hardware required for the DV recirculation.

We did just release a new kit and we even sell it as a bar bones system w/o fueling and software.

It requires no modification to the turbo outlet, no issues with the DV reroute including the intake recirculation bung (you can keep your existing intake) and it includes all the nuts, bolts, gaskets, etc.

It's pretty sweet and it's dirt cheap at $2,149.00.

Thanks Arin, i contacted the local dealer here in South Africa a few days ago when you posted up the release. Lets just say, landed here in SA, i could buy about 3 K04 turbo's from our local Audi dealer ;)
Got the S3 discharge pipe and OEM S3 dv re-locate on order ;)

It was for the new kit, quoted him the part # from the website and sent him a screen shot of it. Thanks for the heads up anyway ;)

Looks good. Remember to inspect your cam while your in there and might as well scrape the iontake valves while you have the manifold off.

You will love it. I have installed two for customers and I never should have driven them after I was done lol! I have all the supporting mods pretty much too, shocks, mounts, ect. Btw if you don't have a pcv fix yet might as well slap one on for the $100 and do it right. With my ko3 race file I was burning through new ones faster then I was usng a tank of methanol. Ko4 will shred them just the same I would imagine.
