Afraid not, as Laser Blue is discontinued for the GTI.

JJ-R32, that car is Shadow Blue, not Laser so let's just make this the official "Blue" thread :thumbup:
HydroGTI, I've been waiting for some bright sunlight to take some daylight pics of the car... looks like it ain't gonna happen any time soon though :frown: so I'll take my camera out today and take a few shots anyway. Probably post them up later today.

Unfortunately I was parking in London today and scratched my left-front wheel on a high kerb :mad: it's not bad, not enough to be worth refurbishing them just yet (wait 'till I scratch them again probably) but really annoying.

As I mentioned before, Laser Blue for the GTI is no more... I wonder if it's to differentiate it more with the new R32? (the R32 "flagship" is Laser Blue)

USA doesn't get powerseats in the Pkg 2 cars right? I test drove a Pkg 2, but I don't remember it having power seats. Not a big deal, but it still makes me envious, though I don't have a Pkg 2 GTI. Shit, we don't even get tan interior now that I think about it.

Nope no power seats - we do get the power lumber adjuster although as i understand it that will be deleted in the 08 models. And we only get black leather.

Yes, I know what you mean. Too many swirls, scratches, etc. Also, try having a black car with black leather heated seats. They were heated 365 days a year. I like the black, but it got old in the summer.

i'm not entirely sure what you are refereeing to. my hatch window and tail lights were tinted aftermarket.

Bringing back an old thread... Shadow Blue is gone for Rabbits and cannot be ordered anymore. My dealer states that it is being replaced with Cobalt Blue. Anyone care to speculate what that will look like compared to the laser blue?

Hard colour to keep clean...and looks its best in bright sunlight!

But makes a change from the Black, Red and White you see everywhere

Another very rare blue graphit perleffect GTI but in this case much more rare because it is a special edition Pirelli... only worldwide build arround 3300 times, but only few times in this colour :wink::thumbup::happyanim:
