Think they could spray any more water all over my car!

It's like a damn fire hose!!!!! I guess I could see using these in a cold climate to get snow/slush off my headlights but I live in Southern CA. Can I turn this off with vag-com?

Optically operated headlight washers? That's some seriously advanced kit you've got there.......

I like the headlight washers but I agree. I wish I had a button to only control them when I wanted and not just randomly on every 5th spray.

stop crying...if we didn't have washers, people will b***h why we didn't have them and the Europeans have them. And VW gives us headlight washers and now we get people complaining. Geesh can never make people happy!!! I think its pretty cool, and most people actually admire the fact that the GTI has them. Plus, its only washer fluid...your car can handle it!!

AMEN! Can we just let this thread die?

Hint: quick, easy, inexpensive way around this is to:
- Turn headlights off
- Spray windshield
- Turn headlights back on

Not always the best thing to do at night... Especially if you have your DRL's disabled.
